Hind is a small company that makes great sports bras, especially Motion Sensor Bra if you're up to a C cup, Nexus or Motion Adjust Bra, if you're up to a DD, It's important to get the right one for your size and shape. Try a bunch on, either order a bunch from a store like Activa.com or Title 9, and return the ones that don't fit right, or go to a running specialty shop and get their advice and try them on in the store. Jump around once you have them on!
Make sure you get measured too, or follow the directions to measure yourself to get the right size. Most women don't wear the right size.

You want something made by a good sportswear brand - Nike, Champion, etc. Look for things labeled High Impact. A good bra is going to cost you upwards of $20-30 but will be well worth it. Wide straps, race back... wicking material is best. You want the material to feel kind of heavy, like it has some substance to it. Anything cheap and light isn't going to hold anything down.

If you aren't overly big, Target has some nice Champion bras for $17, but I don't know how well they would work for someone with a lot to support.

When you run you should just tuck them neatly under your armpits. Its a great way to cop a feel with yourself and burn some calories at the same time!!
