Jehovah God has three answers for his children who accept Christ.

God obviously does not answer prayers. Those who say God does answer, you just aren't listening or that the answer is no are just not thinking it through. Does God say no to all the murder/rape/drowning/accident/twin tower, etc. victims who have prayed to live? I couldn't believe in a God who would say no FOR ANY REASON.
I don't believe prayer is about asking God for things. I think prayer is about communing with God. Talking to God helps. It helps me feel better and it helps me figure things out.
I don't believe God is a person, which means I don't believe God has a gender.

God is the Father of those who accept His Son, Jesus as their Lord and their Savior. Those who become God's children have the special privilege of God's protection, forgiveness, salvation, answered prayers and leadership. Those who do not accept or believe, are God's creation but, not His children. Every one of us is invited to become His child and enjoy these benefits. Only those who come to Him with belief and submittance are given the right to become His child.
God only hears the prayers of those who believe in Him or those who want to believe and ask Him into their lives. He will not bother those who do not.

Where did you hear that God is a "she"? Your sources are very flawed. You need to read the Bible. It clearly refers to God as "He", as in He is our Heavenly Father.
He always answers prayers, sometimes the answer is not what you were hoping for.

God does answers your prayers...the question is are you listening for the answer, and is God answered you, did you accept the answer or are you pretending not to so that you don't have to accept what the answer is?
