We fed our son in 'sequence' - he could have banana (favourite) *after* he drank all his milk (non-favourite).

Same for supper - can have chicken with cranberries *after* 3 table spoons full of green peas / brocolli.

3 balanced meals, no snacks, and it worked.

A little ketchup works wonders - preferably brands without too much sugar or colour (color) added.

Ketchup, gravy, cranberry sauce, sweet green pickle relish - these all help the veggies go down.

Another helpful trick is the art of distraction. If he's late eating and nap time is approaching, or is unusually fussy, we grab a book. Read the book with one hand and spoon feed child with the other once per page turn - or one parent reads ,the other feeds.

Just let her eat what she likes. Even if it is the same thing everyday. She is just going through a stage, she will get over it. Trust me. I use to be a nanny for this little boy and all he ate was fish sticks and Mac and cheese. But, he soon got over that. Just feed her what she likes

Let her eat the same thing every morning. Kids often go through food ruts. You have to pick your battles. If she doesn't mind eating the same thing every morning then why should it bother you.
