A couple of molecules of plastic.

A cow gives the best 'whip' called cream. Full cream is the most delicious, but also the most fattening.

Coolwhip and ready whip are sooooooo bad for you (chemicals that your body has to eliminate through the kidneys and other cleansing parts of the bod) that I would rather have cream once a month, than those others every week.

IMO

Cool Whip:

Cool Whip is made of water, corn syrup and high fructose corn syrup, hydrogenated coconut and palm kernel oil (CPKO), sodium caseinate, vanilla extract, xanthan and guar gums, polysorbate 60 (glycosperse), and beta carotene.

Reddi-wip:

Reddi-wip is the brand of aerosol propelled, sweetened whipped cream produced by ConAgra Foods. It is sold in the following varieties: Original, Extra-Creamy, Light, Fat-Free, Non-Dairy, and Chocolate.

Hope this helps. Enjoy.
