What is the new car licensing fee in CA?

I am thinking of buying a new Honda Fit (2008) but I am wondering what the registration fee will be. Does any one know or have an idea?

There seem to be variables that you must answer before that information is given out. Go to www.dmv.ca.gov. There you will find a Vehicle Registration Fee Calculator. Then you can go from there.

Seems like a vehicle worth about $20k costs about $200 a year.
