but when the FBI is corrupted, who investigates them?

The FBI does not necessarily investigate corrupt police officers.

Many agencies will use their own Internal Affairs or another outside agency.

Because the FBI falls under the Department of Justice, there are other investigative agencies that fall under the DOJ as well.

And the FBI doesnt investigate corrupt police officers usually it is there own IA internal Affairs or the State Police or State Bureau of investigation

I would imagine it is other FBI agents or probably a US attorney.
