I was thinking, about what Heaven will be like. I know it will be wonderful, and though I don’t know exactly what it will be like, I know that nothing will be bad. The Bible even says, a Lion shall lay down with a lamb! But I was thinking, all the wonderful and good things on earth, things that you love, would you still be able to have or do them in Heaven? Like I absolutely Love being outside and Fall/Winter weather. How the seasons change, will it be like that in Heaven? Cause the seasons are a good and amazing thing God made. I just wanted to know your thoughts about it. To all the people who believe this way. I really want to know.
Please, if you don’t believe in God, that’s okay, and I would love to here what all people think about my question and about heaven, but please no rude comments or immaturity, thank you. <3

Think of the most wonderful thing you can imagine and then remind yourself that it will be a billions times better than that.

If being in heaven means I am closer to the Beloved, if by being there I will be better able to perceive and enjoy the Everlasting Beauty, then I will be ecstatically happy.
I doubt that anyone can really say with any kind of certainty what Heaven or any particular level of Heaven will be like. It won't be "like" anything here on Earth, that's why it's Heaven.

What about near-death expriences like the one described in Embracing the Light by Betty Eadie? Well you could say that the heavenly authorities knew that she wasn't staying in heaven so they didn't reveal everything to her during her brief visit.

There is another way of looking at Heaven. Perhaps rather than a place it is more of a state of enlightenment, where everything and everyone is seen and experienced as God, as perfect blissful consciousness, no matter what environment one finds oneself to be in.

The "lion shall lay down with the lamb" is referring to the 1,000 year reign of Christ, which will be here on earth. I've been reading the Book of Enoch, which is full of angelic info, along with heavenly info. It tells of many different levels in heaven, different areas, I'm guessing which means there are many different geological areas, much like earth. I'm hoping there's a lot more than mansions, since that doesn't intrigue me much, like you, I'm more into the outdoors. I'm also hoping for a lot of animals, but the only ones I know are there would be horses, since they're actually spoken of. I'm hoping for a type of Eden like place myself.

It's almost pointless to wonder, in my opinion. I believe that Heaven will be so completely different than our human fleshy brains can handle. I sort of look forward to a place where I have no ties to relationships, and really look forward to living somewhere where I don't have to wonder if I'll live the next day. What will happen to things we love, though? I love getting in a good fight, but that won't be happening up there. Will we "Transcend" our earthly desires?

I can tell you by experience since I almost stayed up there on Nov. 1, 2004.. I had a bike accident with a small car (forgot what kind) and I was getting ready to cross the street with my bike and there was a tall potted tree right on the corner where I was gonna cross, so I thought it was clear. I sped up and out comes the car and I hit the passenger side of the car. I went flying over my handle bars and crashed on top of the hood. Not sure if I bounced off and hit pavement. I woke up in the hospital. Found out later on, that I had stopped breathing and the ambulance did CPR until the helicopter came to resusitate me with their machine. I was in the hospital for 4 days and my body was still shaking and I could barely even write my name on paper or my diary. I had to get my muscles working in my legs so I took long walks.

Sorry, too long. Anyway, for your question about what it'll be like in heaven. It's calm, peaceful. Oh, there is one thing I do have to say. I did see my mom up there, and she was just getting her wings fit. Glad that she made it. The angels told me that my job wasn't done so they helped me back down to earth.

during the Lord's day (1000 yr period). The world will be refurbished . And God will establish His kingdom here on earth and will dwell among us. After the great white throne judgment all that make the cut will reside here. The rest will be destroyed and will no longer exist.

hej hej!
u know what, u are not teh ony one who thinks about heaven :)) But i do not think there is such a think. otherwise, who dars to suit somebody for hell? Since nobody is just black or white (just good or just bad). and at tthe periods of life that we gone bad , we coudn't realize it, otherwise, we woudn't have done it, right?
so i think its just something after life..
but
i highly recomend u to find a book "The Five People You Meet in Heaven"'. it'swritten by Mitch albom. It changed my point of view to heaven completely and finally for me, sceptical, heaven started making sence. :))

my own personall opinion, is that u will me able to do all those things that u have wanted but never did. Maybe even get back to time and see what would have happened if u have done thinsg differently..?

I don't believe there is a heaven in the sense that we can describe. The Biblical Heaven is described by men.So, naturally it is a flawed description.I don't disbelieve that there is a possibility that a Heaven of sorts exists. But the only Heaven we could imagine is the one we should be trying to make for ourselves on Earth.

Notice that every religion's Heaven has "everything a MAN could want". Don't get caught in a man-made heaven.

1 Cor. 2:9 "Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love Him."

If you want to look into this subject more, I highly recommend a book called 'Heaven,' by Randy Alcorn. It's excellent.
