A Christian by definition follows Christ. Christ spoke the word of his Father as recorded in the Bible. Therefore a Christian would follow the Bible which has no weak arguments.
I guess then the argument of the Bible's authenticicy would then come up but there are several marks of authenticy:
1. The frank and honest candor of Bible writers ( King David, King Solomon, Moses, Peter's denial of Christ.
2. The integrity of the Bible as attested to by its writers. Many were subject to death because of their testimony. Wouldn't you be absolutely certain of the truth of something before you laid down your life for it?
3. The internal harmony of it. It was written by 40 men over a period of 1600 years. Some didn't even meet the others yet it's message is the same throughout; the sanctification and vinidication of God and his purpose for the earth under Christ's rulership.
4. Praticality of moral standards.
5. Geographic, geological and scientific accuracy (origin of languages, the shape of the earth, etc)
6. Archeologic findings
7. Prophecies written hundreds or even thousands of years in advance - very detailed ; Matthew 5:2 Jesus born in Behtlehem/Fulfillment Mathhew 2:1 etc.

They are only weak if they have not been taken from the Bible, history, or science. Personal opinion does not even count as an argument. And if the argument is taken from the above sources it is only seen as weak by those who have no wish to know God and know desire to know truth. So in that, yes, you do help to cut through a lot of personal opinions, but not truth. Nuff said.

The reason I come here is to practice writing clearer explanations of Christianity. There are no original objections to Christianity posted on this forum. Most objections are trivial.
Unfortunately, most Christians are so weak in their understanding that it is like having a four year old explain things and it makes my task a lot harder.

Yes. When something which might be misinterpret, I might need to read part of the bible and before I could post to help others understand so nobody would believe the possible false teachings and might be mislead.
Thankyou for being difficult so I would read more and was more able to accept the roughness and harshness.
I knew it all along.
Life is full of tests.

Yes, you are doing Christians a favor. But not in the way you are thinking about. It is strengthening more Christians to know more about their faith. And maybe this will inspire more Christians to get more knowledge on Apologetics of the Christian faith.
Also it might get more to actually read the bible as well.

Has it occurred to you that there are tests (deviations from God's word), 7 that I currently know of, for Christians. (Would Satan let us get a huge reward with no challenge!!!???). Then again as an atheist, do you presently care?

Your generalizing. to think of that each physique atheists stay a logical rational existence is asinine. have you ever seen many of the profanity Atheists placed accessible, lots for a code of habit, and in case you persevere with a code of habit, then it quite is something your putting your perception in, purely like somebody believing interior the bible. even in the adventure that your Atheists or no longer your argument is void, and irrational.

here are your proofs that God exists. St Thomas Aquinas gave us 5 basic proofs that God exists that nobody can disprove because they are all 100% true and there IS a God you cannot deny that
1) motion...in order for something to move, it must be set in motion by a force (that is a law of physics look it up). motion could not happen without something to set the world in motion. God is this first mover.
2) cause and effect...every effect must have a cause (rain, the cause, makes puddles, the effect). however, there must have been a first cause from which all effects came from. this first cause is God.
3) contingency...many things in this world are contingent on something else in order for it to exist (puddles are contingent on rain to exist). however, all things in this world cannot be contingent on something in order to exist. something MUST exist in order for everything else in this universe to exist. this is God.
4) degree...things in this world exist in varying degree, things can get hot, hotter, and will approach the greatest heat which is fire. the greatest being in existance and the cause of creation is God.
5) design...the universe is too complex, orderly, adaptive, and beautiful to be created randomly. (look at the perfect symmetry on a tree's leaf or how every organ system in the human body magically works together perfectly) because of this, the universe must have been created by an intelligent being. This creator is God.
everybody asks for proofs for God's existance...well here they are

I do. When there is open and honest conversation. However, conversations with atheists generally degrade quickly into namecalling, which is unfortunate but perfectly understandable given human nature.

LOL, yes, I've considered that...I know I've rethought the way I present some of my arguments because of something a non-believer said to me.
