..One, (a stupid 50yr old man), Was Trying To Make A Free Right Turn At A Red Light. The Other (a stupid 37yr old woman) Was Attempting To Walk Across The Street In The Cross Walk From The Stupid Mans Right. Neither One Of Them Looked At Each Other To See What The Other Was Going To Do. Next Thing I Saw Was The Stupid Woman Walking While The Stupid Man Turned Right, Hitting Her & Knocking Her On Her Butt.
Why Do People Not Look (especially pedestrians) And Falsely Assume Everything Is Okay, When It Ain't???
WHAT IS WRONG WITH THESE STUPID PEOPLE???
..Any Opinions???

Why do people not look (especially pedestrians)? Well, since you spelled some of those complicated words correctly, I conclude that you are not drunk or stoned out of your head... So, I will try to answer your question. Many people (especially pedestrians) don't consider looking because they probably are in familiar territory where that path has been crossed many a time, 'without looking' , So after various times they eventually habituate themselves and are at ease or feel comfortable walking that crosswalk 'without looking'. Now, if an encounter happens where they are almost in a collision with a car, they once again for a extended time will be more cautious and 'look'. I hope this helps!

I almost hit this stupid woman once who just charged out into the street without looking to see where she was going (and she wasn't even in a cross walk). Pedestrians may "have the right of way" and I would have been at fault if I hit her, but she didn't even look. She just assumed she had the right of way. And, she gave me a nasty look when I beeped at her.

"I Seen Two Stupid People...?"
In case you weren't sure, pedestrians always have the right of way. Even if they should have looked, the driver will always be at fault. It might not be the best of scenarios, but the driver is the responsible party; in some situations it is difficult at best to determine a clear path of travel and the right of way, hence the term accident.
Maybe next time they will post in the right category and check their grammar.

Pedestrians are moving. Vehicles are moving. Lots of things are happening at once. Accidents happen.
I got run over by a bus you fat f***, it's really not very funny. You must have posted in the drinking section because you're drunk.
Dumbass.

First -Pedestrians have the right away.
Second- hHw do you know their exact ages?
Third- If you were witnessing this why didn't you try and yell to the lady or the driver.
Fourth -Get in the right section and use your spell/grammer checker.
Fifth- I seen you asked this ?, along every ? you ask, in about fifty different forums.
Sixth- Obviously you are a troll and you need to get a life.

Did you know that the woman who was the #1 advocate of pedestrian rights was killed by a bus while in a crosswalk?

Well, people should be more careful when driving/crossing the road...but then again you're the one with the question "I seen two stupid people". They made a mistake in not looking where they were going...you actually speak like that.

Short answer:: I think pedestrians think that since they have the "right of way", everyone will stop dead in their tracks; and that if they happen to get hit by a car, they will be able to sue them for loooots of $$$$
Shorter answer: People are f-ing stupid. haha.

Pedestrians have the right of way, but that doesn't stop a moving vehicle.

Maybe stupid 50 year old man was smoking, talking on his cell, drinking a cup of coffee, eating a donut, fiddling with his radio, and had his dog sitting on his lap.
