our puppy does. MAybe all boy dogs do but I never realized it. Yeah I know its a dumb question.

Not a dumb question....I thought the same thing when I got my pit puppy, he of course has eight too. I guess I really never thought about it before.

All male dogs have what is called vestigial nipples, exactly the same as humans. In fact nearly ever male mammal has them. It is a result of what happens in the womb. Dogs like ourselves are conceived with no sexual characteristics so they have the possibility of being male and female. After a short period of time the hormones in our bodies works out which sex we will be, by this time the nipples have formed. They do not turn into breasts if born a boy. Until perhaps very later in life or if they get obese. Called manboobs or moobs

Yes, male mammals have the same number of nipples as their female counterparts- both genders of guinea pigs have 2 nipples, cats have 8 or so, and dogs have 8-12. It's normal.

Yep, even the males have nipples. Just like human men have nipples, so do male dogs.

Yes.
All animals start growing as essentially female fetuses, until the Y chromosome kicks in and causes the glands to secrete testosterone and create male characteristics.
nipples/breast tissue is just a leftover.
