yes. It worked for George Bush. Only one problem with him, the doctor looked and looked and couldn't find any cerebral tissue hidden among all the fat cells, so when the fat was all sucked out, there was a whole lot of dead space in his cranium, and they had to fill it up with something, so they played a whole bunch of movies for him, mostly John Wayne movies, and some TV, like The Rifleman. Lots of good stuff with fighting and good versus evil and the good white American males from Texas always win.

i never heard about this, but if a person has a big head it' s because of the shape of the crane, if any part of the crane is removed then they will suffer with problems, but if you mean fat then just remover parts from the face it will slowly take shape later

Yes, the only drawback is you end up with a head the size of a softball.
