It depends on what corruption you mean. If the church likes hamburger and hotdog, then I don't feel right worshiping there.
I have yet to fit into a church that I can visit at least once a week.

Yep. I am non-denominational Christian.
I pray and study on my own at home. The Churches don't seem to think there's a need for them to have a qualified teacher onboard that can handle the languages, and
has knowledge of the laws and customs of the time, and also knowledge of idioms or figures of speech widely used in all three of the Bible lanugages -
And because they don't employ such a teacher, the Church population is starving to death for spiritual food but not being fed anything beyond Baptism, Salvation, the ten commandments - hey, maybe John 3:16; now I'm not taking from these wonderful things at all, but geez, a person should be able to grasp these in the first few weeks as a Christian, ya know? Then it should be on to the meat of Gods Word, that sustains and grows a person into a useful vessel to do the Father's Work - but nope, just more baby milk for baby Christians who can never grow. Its dispicable that basically the same congregation will be taught the same things over and over and over for 20, 30 or even more years -
God must be really fed up with it: I mean, if I had an employee who worked for me for twenty years but still only knew what he learned in the first two weeks on the job, I'd fire him on the spot, and so would you.
Well, thats what you have here - people who cannot possibly be of any special service to God, because they have no idea even of the details of His plan - they just
listen to whatever the good priest or pastor has to say and thats good enough for them.
Do you know that most people cannot answer the simpliest Bible questions?
Lets test it, shall we?
I bet 99% could not answer this simple question:
Name the father of each of these Bible
persons:
Cain and Abel.
If you answered "Adam", you need to find a good Bible teaching Church, because you are wrong. Biblical illiteracy is at an all-time high, but the people are completely unaware of that - they think they know the Bible well, since they sit in a pew every single week without fail, after all.
Its really sad, quite frankly. In Rev1, John is given a message to each of 7 Churches;
out of the 7, only TWO ARE APPROVED by Christ, and they both TEACH THE SAME THING. I would think that a Christian would want to be attending a Church that is approved of by Christ, right?
Well, the approved churches are at Rev 2:8 and 3:9. They answer this question:
"who are those who say they are jews but do lie and are of the synagogue of Satan?".
If you are in a Church that doesn't teach that, then you most likely do not understand most of what you read in the Bible. It means you attend one of the other 5 types of Churches, and you can read for yourself how unhappy God is with those.
Christ states that when He returns, he plans to visit the pulpits of those Churches FIRST.
He also says he is going to pull out the center support beam of the building and let the whole thing drop down on the heads of those inside. He's not a happy camper.

The system of corruption. Is it to be feared? Heaven is where the heart is. God is in the heart and body of them that believe. The Church is not a building made by man. The Church is the body by which the Lord's spirit dwells. 'I can see clearly now the rain has gone I can all obstacles in my way. No more dark clouds that had be blind it is going to be a bright son shiney day.' Jesus is the son that makes the sunny days clearer. How can one resort to pray only at home when there are so many hurting for a move of God.

Yes, me too; and there is a certain very small percentage of Christians for whom that is true.
The Bible tells us to pray in our clossets as an example that we should simply pray privately, but of course it is ok to pray in Church. It is just that the true gospel is difficult to find as the false gospel of the antichrist appears nearly the same so that even the elect could be fooled if that were possible, the Bible indicates.

We must realize that we are the "church". I don't let the fact that there is corruption in any organization. However, this does not prevent me from praying whenever/wherever the spirit leads me. After all, Prayer is a personal talk with my Father. It's based on a personal relationship not to please a group of people.

My Church isn't corrupted and I adore praying with other believers. The Bible says when two or three is gathered in my name.... something. So meaning Praying together is more blessing.

Yes I had for a while many years ago until I found a church that I felt was not so corrupted.
While praying on my own I asked for guidance to a church where my faith and knowledge could grow. I received it.
