Christians are called to live by the example of Christ. The very name "Christian" originally meant "little Christ", and was a term of derision given to Christians by their first century persecutors.
In the last chapter of John's gospel, Peter asks Jesus concerning what will happen to John. Jesus replies: "What is that to you? Follow me."
That's the essence of the Christian faith: following Christ and becoming more like Him, and this is where the modern church has gotten off-track, in my opinion. Many Christians are following various teachers and preachers and methods; not nearly as many are following the teachings and example of Christ Himself.

I don't exactly understand your question, but I think you're asking if we as Christians are called to live a different lifestyle then the secular world? If thats the question then absolutly YES!!!
Romans 12:2 (New International Version)
2Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.

Yes, absolutely. This is not what God or Jesus had in mind. It didn't and doesn't have to be like this. Jesus said the kingdom of heaven is at hand. Something at hand is readily available. Believe it or not, we do co-create with God. We have made this world what it is, not God.

Very Blessed ! We ALL came from Heaven,a place of complete unimaginable Glory. God wants those that are called by His Name to be Blessed ! Being Poor Is a curse. We are to be Blessed so that we can be a Blessing to others.

Yes and its laid out in the bible. Sadly most "Christians" don't even open the bible to find out what it says. God wants us to live a holy separated life (separated from sin). If more did it wouldn't be so hard to witness. To many weak Christians out there just wanting to live for themselves and not God.

Christ was a perfect example. Only by his example, we know what the father expects. Look up the definition of true friendship, see how u measure up.
