A pound or two..no; a few ounces? it's possible, but the only weight loss would be if the cold water causes you to pee and even then it's only a few ounces.
Pluse I don't think the average scale would detect the amount from shivering...burrrrr.

I don't see how water, no matter what the temp of it is, can affect your body weight. Otherwise it would be as easy as taking a bath to lose weight.

No. The ONLY way to lose weight is to eat better, eat smaller portions and exercise.

That's it. Absolutely nothing else will cause you to lose weight. No excessive sweating or excessive cold.

No. That is the technique you need to follow to "freeze your a*s off."

The technique for losing weight is to eat less food energy than your body needs so energy stored as fat will be depleted instead.
