Go for the annual exam and pass on the vaccinations - either at the vet's or Petco. It is your right to deny vaccinations.
Just for your information you can go to http://www.littlebigcat.com and read Dr. Jean Hovfe's article on "Vaccinations" - it's towards the end of about fifty articles in the article library. Dr. Hovfe also has a lot of information in her newsletter archives on vaccinations.
The "feely" exam that the vet does is very important as they can check on many possible health issues as they examine the internal organs, detect any skin, teeth or mouth problems. I would never skip that with my cats though they have not had any vaccinations for over seven years now.

An indoor cat doesn't really need the
yearly checkup or shots. By law a rabies
vaccination is required so that's up to
you. Might be better to save your money.
Then should the cat become sick taking him
to the vet & affording medicines is more doable.
Of course an indoor cat might accidently get
outside so its a judgement call. Where I am its
about $100. anytime I take the cat to the vet.
Things like blood tests, x-rays etc do add up.
Last time Kiki was sick I took her to the
local vet & she needed an operation . The operation/ aftercare & meds cost about $3000. A part
of her colon had a growth in it & surgery was
needed to remove the growth. Turned out to be
a benign tumor. kiki is ok & will have a full recovery.
So maybe save your money for when
you really need the vet. Pet insurance is very
expensive & costs more as the cat ages.
Of course its mostly older cats which need
the insurance.
So most people don't get pet insurance.

It depends on the age. Once they get to age 7 they are considered seniors and the costs goes up. But if he is always indoors, you can get the 3-year vaccine. It costs a bit more but you only pay every 3 years. My last visit to the vet (actually the time before last - this one was a lot) was $74, but he was a new patient and sometimes there is a fee for first timers.

Vaccinations do stay in the body for more than one year so you can ask to take a year's extra time for that. The rabies shot is a one year or a three year vaccine, see which one is used in your area.
The checkup itself without any injections would probably run you $35. You can call a vet and ask what their fee is for a basic checkup without blood draws or any extras.

It certainly relies upon on the vet & in the experience that your aunt's cat has its first around of photos. while you're gazing getting her 2-paw declawed & fastened, parent around 250-350 for the surgical technique, drugs, & rabies shot. For a 4-paw declaw upload one hundred to those totals, additionally if the kittens has had no photos, upload yet another 50. So in line with probability parent around a max of 500ish. that is purely for the 1st 3 hundred and sixty 5 days, after that that is much less, only one or 2 photos each year.

it depends on the vet clinic..and if your cats are indoors you can spend 2 years with no vaccination ...you can research that online ..indoor cats and dogs dont need every year vaccination because they are in a control enviroment. you can allways check your local ASPCA for low cost vacination...
