Yeah, almost 100 about a decade ago...I went from 232 to 135. In the years since I've been back up to near 180, down to 138, and currently am about 159 with a goal range of 135 - 145 (if I would just leave the margaritas and carbs alone! LOL!)

Lots of exercise...and eating right are the key...some of the methods I've used for weight loss were not healthy ones, messed up my metabolism, and I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I did by watching what I ate, drinking more water, and walking every morning. I also got a job that was less stressful.
