that way they feel they are justified in what they are doing. when you say "i'm not here to judge, but..." you completely negate what you said before the word but.

Maybe they really aren't trying to judge those that they are ?'ing. Or there are those who are here to just bash those they don't understand. And others want to change those around them into what they think is right by God. This is a very big ? with lots of possible answers just look at the answers you'll get there are lots of weirdo's on Yahoo Answers! Good luck getting one good answer! God Bless You!

I just answered the same question as you and it makes me angry that people try to come across as holier than thou types and then tear apart those who live their lives differently.
It is people like that guy that give religion a bad name! I wish people would accept that this life is for all of us, and we are all entitled to live in whatever way we choose to, god is not for everyone and if some people decide to channel their energy into something else (and in my opinion something more worthy) then so be it.

I had a teacher point that out to me before. He said that whenever you have the urge to say "I don't mean to be rude" don't because in fact you are going to be rude.
Even if they don't mean to judge we still expect it due to the forewarning. I have found it works best to just say what you are going to say and if you put your foot in your mouth then so be it.

Ayyyyyymen to that brother!
Seriously, that guy annoyed me as well. I agree! I have also read his previous 'questions' and he is the sort of person who should not be able to abuse this site.
Not one for reporting others but he is a bit toooooo much.

I would say it's someone's way of hiding behind "goodness" while spreading "evil". The Bible calls them Pharasies. Remember the guy who said, "thank you God that I'm not like the others..."

Well, I don't want to judge, but those people are man-whores with no lives and who would be better off dead where they can satisfy Satan's wildest fantasies for all eternity. I don't mean that in a bad way...

They're hedging their bets mate.
Making themselves a disclaimer before anybody can get on and blitz them with verbal diarrhea.

Ah, would you be referring to the blessed Matt, perchance?
He sounds like he's prejudged everyone already, so doesn't need to come here to do it!
