Who know? I sure hope so though. I have had many animals over my life that I loved and would love to see them again.

The Bible doesn't specifically say animals go to Heaven. However when it metaphoricall describes Heaven, it uses the immage of the lion and the lamb sharing the same space together. That makes me think, there is a good chance animals will be in Heaven. Not only that, but the Bible also says: "The whole creation waits in eager expectation for the sons of God to be revealed... the creation itself will be liberated from its bondage to decay and brought into the glorious freedom of the children of God" (Romans 8:19-21); which makes me think that all creation (including animals) is awaiting for Heaven.

Dear animal lovers,
There is not much directly about this in the Bible. There are no words "animal" or "animals" in the Bible, see creature(s) and beast(s) living thing(s) etc. Possibly it states somewhere that they do not presently have souls. They have knowledge and experience but not the ability to be wise, reflective, worshipful as we do,
We do know that Jesus Christ, as soon as He ascended back to the Father God of All Reality; and just as He promised us, He (and the Father as One in Spirit) sent He the Spirit of All Truth, pouring down upon ALL FLESH. That might include animals, but definitely all humans then and now ! He the Spirit of Truth leads us into the ALL TRUTH of GOD and in Jesus ! See John 16:7-16 very important !
Yes, there are many higher animals and plants up in the next higher Heaven and beyond. Up there, there is no disease and no competition for food, and no dangerous animals or plants. We will not eat any more animals up there. I do tend to believe that our animals here will possibly be resurrected in a later age -- probably more than a trillion years from now.
Humans, or animals here, when dead, have no mind to think or to comprehend time; thus the sleep of death of one second or many trillions of years is not realized -- resurrection is as INSTANTLY to our consciousness ! This is a way that we "strike step with eternity." in a sense.
Peace and progress,

Men and Woman see in animals part of God’s generous provision for human welfare. Animals have served man as burden bearers, as sources of food and clothing, as sanitation agents, and as helpers in the vital activities of plowing and harvesting. Their variety of form and color has delighted his eye; their habits and instincts have been and still are an extensive field for inquiry into the marvels of God’s creative work. Though animals die in the same manner as man, they do not share his hope of a resurrection.
Animals were created with a limited life span, humans had the prospect of living on earth forever. ( Psalm 37:29) Jesus Christ said that to enjoy “everlasting life,” we must exercise faith and take in knowledge of God, things that animals are incapable of doing. (John 17:3)
God created animals for the sake of humans. Animals can help them do their work and can serve as their companions or pets. They also serve to magnify God’s love and wisdom.
The Creator gave life to both humans and animals. But for how long were they to continue to live? Scientists report that humans seem to have the potential of endless life, so that investigators are perplexed as to why man dies. The Bible gives the reason. It says that the Creator gave the first humans the opportunity of living forever. Death came only because they rebelled. What, though, of animals? They are not capable of conscious rebellion against God; yet they live only for a length of time and then die. Hence, it is clear that the Creator never purposed that individual animals live forever. For them death was natural.
It can be very sad, even tragic, to see a beloved pet die. But even in such a case, there is room for some balance. As noted earlier, animals were not created in God’s image, nor were they meant to live forever, as were humans. Regarding the way God made humans, the Bible says: “He has even put eternity into their minds.” Yet, nothing like this is said of animals. Ecclesiastes 3:11,

I certainly hope so. I lost 2 beloved pets that I would love to see and be with again. The bible is not cut and dry on this issue. No one knows the answer to this question. However God in his infinite wisdom I am sure would not punish the animals. The scripture about the lion and the lamb believes me to think we will be reunited with them in eternity. I cannot wait to see Peaches and Buster again.
