If I do walk chin up, I will eye contact with people and people will think I am wathing them and get scared or they would think I am messing with them on the other hand if I look down people would think I am looking at their body , so where should I look while I am walking

Look up or else you will accidentally walk into something or trip over something. If you make eye contact, just offer a friendly smile, nothing more is needed.

Make eye contact. Ad a smile, and maybe a hello. That is just being a nice person while walking down the street.

Look straight ahead and don't make eye contact or look at bodies at all. If you do happen to make eye contact with someone, say hello or good morning or something like that. It is rather odd to think that eye contact would make someone think you want them.

Look at where you are going. If someone's gaze croses yours, smile and nod and move on.
