Trying to start today. I hate paying $5 bucks for a salad consisting of iceberg lettuce and a cherry tomato when lettuce is at most $1 a head.
I did lose about 30 pounds on Atkins.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should have for lunch based on the above?

maybe a grilled chicken sandwhich? most fast food or sandwhich places have them for like $3. and the grilled chicken is way better for you than the crispy chicken. its all protein so it will fill you up better than a salad so you wont be as likely to snack later on. some places even have them on whole grain roll too.

1. order and go to Subway to pick it up.
2. have a campbells tomato soup classic and some tuna on a cracker
3. try a fruit and some yogurt like a bannana dipped in yoplait
4. You have to start planning. No diet is going to work unless you plan your lunches every day. I thought a Smart One from weight watchers with a large glass of ice tea or water would be a great diet plan, but you have to waste the time to go purchase it, put it in the microwave and then eat it.
