first, the Arctic ice cap is already floating on the arctic Sea, so there is no ( significant) change whether its ice or water.

The IPCC Climate change report says the WORST scenario in 50 years is :

one and a half foot rise of sea level.

So the answer to your question is: none.

None. The ice caps will never completly melt.
