My friend met with an accident in india and expired. Now In USA How to sale his car? we have car title.?

He was working here on H1 visa. We have his car title but without his signature. I would appreciate if anyone can provide usefull tips to sale this car. Thanks

His car is part of his estate. you can't sell it, you have to give it to the person/people responsible for the estate.
