Am I a whore because i keep my options open, i mean every relationship i have been in has been bull you know from one problem to another, i flirt alot with dudes i'm not gone lie i get numbers everyday but i'm not feeling them like they feeling me does that mean i'm a whore cause i talk to more than 5 dudes, i mean we are just friends ya know. But when people that i go to school see me with a different dude they whisper stuff it hurts but you can't let it show, then one of my friend guys always talk about me and calls me a ***** and say i'm a hoe because i talk to different dudes instead of just talking to him.... does that mean i'm a whore????? I would really like to know

Thank you for your answers, but he say he love me thats why he calls me a ********* or whatever thats not love and i'm no thaving sex with them let refraze that i have assoicates then, i don't think i'm a whore maybe i just have to carry myself like a responsible lady ya know, and my reputation.... thanks alot guys

Frankly there is no real answer. A lot of society thinks that it is ok for men to talk to or sleep with several men, that "it's just what men do" and if a woman does the same thing it makes her a "slut" or a "whore". If a man sleeps around with several women he is "Distinguished" or "promiscuous" but if a woman does, it makes her a slut.
The issue is, if your in school and still young you shouldn't be having sex in the first place. Sex is a sacred thing, and far too many people take it lightly. Its ok to date more than one person or several people at one. But be careful about how much of yourself you give away. And don't worry about what other people think. If a guy calls you a whore then he has no respect for you and you shouldn't be dating him unless he learns to speak to you with respect.

The definition of a whore is a woman who is sexually active and not married. I hope this helps you. Talking to a man does not make you a whore. I'm sorry young people don't get this and yes, I know people can say very hurtful things. You might want to modify your actions and attitude at school because your reputation may be on the line. If that doesn't bother you especially if you know that your aren't having sex with them then keep doing what you're doing or is that what you're NOT doing. Good luck!

Not if you ONLY flirt, why do people call you a whore because you talk to guys alot? Thats strange, unless your making out with twelve guys in a week then i don't know why people would say that. Make sure you know what you are doing, why you are doing that, and to be comfortable with it. so like, no peer pressure. In other words. The end.

A whore and a hoe, imho, are women who will sleep with anyone at the drop of a hat.

Just talking to someone does not make you either of those things. Tell your friend to get a life and a better understanding for the definition of those words.

I agree with you. What you need to do is forget about boys for a good while and concentrate on your education. Having a boyfriend, especially if you don't have the common sense to conduct yourself right, is a bad thing. If you look like one, act like one and everyone thinks you're one, then what else is there.

Do something else with your life to change what you think of yourself. Pay more attention in class and get better grades in school. Join clubs and/or a sports team and excel at something. Be the best YOU that you can be and let people talk about that for a change.

Your single, your young and your having fun! Your NOT a whore! Even if you were seeing a diff guy every week it doesnt mean your a whore! When your single you need to see whats out there. People call me a whore coz i have loadsa guy mates and it used to hurt me too but then i just realised that no matter what i do im always guna have some stupid ***** call me a ho or whtever.
