ive tried all sorts of left and right clicks on most icons like file and edit but cant get back to normal viewing.its like switched from landscape to portrait but sideways!got the monitor on its side to use.help.

Right click anywhere on the screen, click graphics properties, click rotation tab,set to normal.

If that doesn't help, go into your Display settings (right click a blank area on the desktop and select Properties) and look for something in there.

You will probably have the solution of how to solve it by now, but to stop it from happening again you need to stop the graphics software control panel from loading. For Intel it's igfxtray.exe, but other cards will have different programs.

Check your display settings. The kids might have toggled the inverted view setting.
