Best settings for Sony Cyber-Shot W-80?

My pictures are blury and not real clear for a 7.2 mega pixels

Get comfortable and read and study your Owner's Manual. Go over all the settings and learn them. Practice using them until you're comfortable with them. Then practice some more. Pay especial attention to your camera's limitations. Know what they are.

try using flash,a tripod and self timer...on image stabilization if ur camera have this function

You probably have it on low resolution. Turn to HIGH
