"To be determined"... sometime in the future.

While specifications are initially written there are usually a lot of calculations that have to be made, and other determinations made before the final document is produced. TBDs are put in as placeholders until the numbers are calculated, but the document writing won't be 'held up', due to lack of final numbers.

to be determined. Meaning unknow at this time but in the future it will be determined. To be or not to be.

I'm pretty sure it's 'to be determined' if it's somethin new and in a magazine
