I am tired too a lot, it could be anything. stress, loss of iron,..sugar diabetes...just go get a basic checkup, and you will find out.it could be as simple as a lack of vitamin B's..good luck

It could be any number of things. For me, it's a mix of depression, stress, and sitting in a dark room for most of the day. I find that taking a walk in the bright sun wakes me up a bit.

you could be depressed and you could be dehyDrated. Dehydration causes a lot of issues. Try drinking more fluids and taking a walk. If you are not feeling better then consult your dr to run some test

It could be a number of things; depression, low blood sugar, anemia, infection, etc. See a doctor.

could be your diet. do you eat a lot of fast food? try vitamins and home cooking
