What is God's purpose of giving us this human birth?

According to the Bhagavad Gita as it is By Bhaktivedanta Prabhupada the Human form of life is meant for spiritual advancement (to realize our eternal relationship with God) also known as Krishna, Allah, Jehovah, Vishnu, Rama, etc.) It is a rare opportunity. Just think how many other forms of life their are just in ones back yard. Bugs, plants, animals, birds,etc. (Billions) and just a few humans living there. So we can see how rare the human species are compared to all other living entities on the planet what to speak of in the Universes. If we wast this rare opportunity to realize our eternal self we could very easily become one of those other species. Lets go together shall we.

To live and die as a true human being. To understand why we are here, what is our purpose, from where we came, and which is our destination from here. Animals cant even count one, two etc. Means animals cant think and act. They act by reflex only. Only man has been given his 6th sense of thinking and then deciding what to do? He always have a choice of doing it right or wrong in everything. To have peace of mind in this life should be his aim. This peace can be attained only by the complete submission of our Will to the Almighty God. We have to stop at some point with "Faith in Unseen ". otherwise we will end no where and we will be in a loop mode. We will lose our 6th sense in this course of thinking. Precisely the purpose of this birth is to attain a next higher level of existence throught our action in this world. AS we are going to die this is the only answer which can make us to live in peace in this life.

to differentiate between mortals and immortals. Human life is a hurdle race. Despite many problems humans survive. There may be a few weak ones but in general humans can survive.Humans have been created with feelings -they can laugh and cry.Humans never give up. the magic is every Human knows that they will die some day but they continue to live and work as if they will remain on Earth forever. God in his wisdom has created this category of Humans distinctly different from the immortals.
The purpose is to demo to world of immortals that despite an expiration date which the humans are not sure as to when they work hard, they survive despite the various hurdles put by God,they live fairly happily despite the various norms set and challenges they have to face. Human life is tough. So if any immortal is to be punished he/she can be sent to world of humans.
As regards to individuals God has given us this human birth because we earned it by doing some commendable deeds. The purpose is we are sent to this Earth to directly work under HIM to assist HIM to achieve his goals of populating this universe ,be a role model to immortals etc etc. For all this we need intellect. Hence we are much superior to other beings and we are fortunate to be born in this world as a human.

I guess God is also strained as Humans are becoming tougher day by day to manage.

God/Reality is not producing us for any purpose. It is our evolving massive thinking brain that allows us to gradually determine purpose because consciousness has developed concurrent with the brain's physical evolution. A more interesting question is why do some people have a clear sense of purpose when they arrive - and still can be psychologically stunted with a reactionary ego? Every adept who has ever lived has offered a 'way' of overcoming this embedded learned identity.

We have been granted the human birth by GOD due to our good deeds to obtain knowledge of the truth. Through millions of myriads of thousands of births some time a being obtains human birth, through the accumulation of merit. He, who having obtained a human birth, difficult to get, and a step to liberation, does not help himself over, who in this world is more sinful than he? The man who, having obtained this highest birth and superior senses, does not understand what benefits the soul is a slayer of Brahman. God's main purpose of giving us this human birth is to liberate ourselves from this endless cycle of birth-life-death-re-birth, because having worn and cast aside the four sorts of bodies thousands of times man cannot liberate himself neither can he become a knower. Only human birth can help a man obtain release.

It is not God who gave us the birth but we have choosen to come here. We have also choosen the quality of our own life by imbibing a certain type of qualityes in the soul.
Also we have not only one birth but there is a cycle of a certain number of births for every human soul. From time to time - that is when the cycle finishes we all go to ParamDham and then we return here to play in the cycle of birth and rebirth.
God always gives us ooptions but we always choose that which we have always choosen - to come into birth and rebirth.

Humans were created to live forever on a paradise earth. Our purpose was to fill the earth with more of us and care for the planet, taking that original garden and expanding it to cover the earth. We were to be caretakers of everything on it.

Well, we were his most wonderful creation. I mean, after he made us, he took a break! We were supposed to live peacefully among him in the garden where everything was provided, and rule under him, but over everything else. We were really his kids.
