well as we all know the holidays are just around the corner and i really what to lose enough weight where my family and friend are kinda in shock im at 218.5 right now 5"4 starting today if im 10000% committed exersizeing and eating right to the fullest what could i lose by THANKSGIVING AND OR CHRISTMAS ??/?

Most people lose 1-2 pounds/week, but since you are really overweight (I'm not trying to be mean) you could probably lose more in the beginning. I'd say you could lose at least 20 by Thanksgiving if you're serious about it.
Stick with it!!!
I know you can do it.
Oh, and don't starve yourself, make sure your getting at least 1400 calories/day.

If you stick to it, you can loose 2 lbs per week and that would still be a healthy weight. The weight will come of quicker in the beginning and then may slow done. Just watch your diet and excercise and it will happen. Good luck!

Everyones body is different and it will vary by each person. Make sure you are losing weight because YOU want to lose weight, not for anyone else.

Make yourself a (reasonable) goal of what you want to be down to at that point. Realisticly, I would say 3-5 pounds per month.

Exercise, eat more vegetable, less sugar, less meat. No soft drinks, only plain water. These are the basics but they are essential if you want to lose weight.

If you stick with it yes.

No excuses - Holiday or not you still can eat healty.

Have a treat or two but dont over do it.
