God's voice is a still, small voice that talks to you in your inter most being. You have to want to hear his voice, however, I do believe that he talks to all of us but some refuse to listen. So - hearing God's voice is a CHOICE we make. God also talks to us through people. I believe there are some people on this site that he talks through like the loving, caring, tolerant Christians who aren't religious fanatics or hypocritical or pushy. God isn't pushy. He doesn't make you hear him. But if you open your heart, ears, eyes and mind you will find him.

If you actually heard God’s voice, you’d probable mess your pants. You can, however, hear what He says at the source below.

I hear God all the time. He communicates with me in different ways. If we want to hear Him, we must open ourselves up to Him. We must be clean before Him. We can do that through repentance. And we must be in a spirit of prayer. The bible tells us to "pray without ceasing." And then we must SEEK Him, through His Word. When we do these things earnestly, it is hard NOT to hear Him speaking to us.

We are all capable for God is within each a every one of his/her creations. Many do not believe they can, many do not want to listen and some listen.
You life is better when you listen within rather than have anyone spoon feed you a religion or ideology.
