My b/f and I have always had a great sex life. Now, he will go days without it and not even want it! We live together and there is no chance that he's cheating or I would know.

We both agree it's the best sex ever! We even dated when we were younger and had fantastic sex then too! We can have simultanious orgasms if we want. We both know the other's body perfectly, and can have quickies or hours-long events.

Now, suddenly, we will go days or even a week without it and he doesn't care! Last night we even had a planned sex session, or so i thought, and at 9PM he wanted to watch a 4 hour show he had taped! WTF??? On the other hand, once we "break the cycle" of no sex, it's back to every day for awhile.

I don't get it. Is he not into me anymore? We are young, healthy and fun-loving people. He offers no explanation, except sometimes saying he's tired. Whatever.

Maybe he's bored...try something new!

Maybe he wants it less b/c he knows he can have it...

I make my hubby WANT it...I call him at work and tell him what I want to do to him!!
I try new thinks in bed...spice things up...keep him guessing!

It works!

Maybe nothing is wrong, he just doesn't have as strong a drive as he used to. (After all, he still finds you very attractive because you both claim the sex is great, it's just not as frequent). That's just life, and as much a matter of job-stress and the fact that you're living together as anything else. Being "young" doesn't really matter so much as attending to your nutrition, keeping your weights down, and coping with life stress to maintain a healthy libido. Try not to worry...much of life is cyclical in nature.

Relationships evolve on all levels, sex not being the exception! Is his reduced libido a point of mutual worry or is it just you that is complaining? Do you feel his attitude has changed because of you or in spite of you? Are you sure It is not something you are indirectly causing? Why is his modified sexual frequency such a bad thing to you? Ask yourself all these questions before you jump the gun. It may be something very simple to decipher.

A week long break with a busy life doesn't seem outrageous to me. If its on and of, I think that's pretty much real life, some times you are just tired, need to recoup and get back at it again. How long have you been living together? may be the novelty just wore of...

This could be caused by any number of things.. Stress at work. Change in working hours. Change in diet. Are you two talking of marriage? That could add stress whether he knows it or not.

Give him a little wake up in the middle of the night... that usually works.

Good Luck

I have had the same experiance, I would go a few days without sex so when we did my orgasm would be so much more explosive, thats probably why he is not doing it as much.

Don't worry about it.. It comes in cycles sometimes. It's actually good to go a little while without it sometimes because it makes you both appreciate it more when you do. -
