Not for free, but your local shelter probably has several to choose from for a minimal fee.

I don't know about free, but I'm sure you can find a great puppy or adult dog at your local SPCA or Animal Shelter for a minimal adoption fee. I doubt you'll find a samoyed there, but Huskies can possibly be found there. Also, make sure you can give these dogs the exercise/attention they need so you and your dog will have the best possible relationship.

Local rescue is a good idea - but dogs aren't free - my puppy ran about $1000 in vet bills the first year - then you have flea drops (about $45 every 3 months), heart worm preventative (about $10-$15 a month), bathing supplies, grooming equipment, bedding, food.
Really the first year you have a dog - it can run as high as a couple thousand dollars.

I doubt you'll find one for free, but you can adopt for a reasonable cost from many shelters and rescues.
No pup is ever free anyway... there are tons of things that you will have to fork out cash for in order to properly care for a new pup.

It is difficult, if not impossible to find a free puppy of any of those breeds. You may be able to find one relatively cheap at a rescue organization or your local shelter, though. Try going to petfinder.com, type in the breed, age, and gender of the dog you want, and your zip code, and they will show you a list of puppies in your area (or close to it) that match your description.
I hope that helps, good luck!

Erm, why 'free'?
The upkeep of a dog cost a HELL of a lot more than the purchase price.
These breeds are quite specialist, and whilst they are generally healthy, will you be able to fund the veterinary care that ven healthy dogs need, if you are unwilling to save towards the purhase price?
The aswer to your question is 'No, I don't'

Try your local craigslist. Do a search for craigslist & your nearest major city in the US. Also, check animal shelters and animal rescue sites online in the nearest major city to you in the US.
