Yes it is. They enjoy using these titles for the pride strokes it gives them. They seriously avoid where Jesus, the 2nd most powerful creature in the universe now, washed the feet of his apostles like a lowly servant. He told them if they wanted to be tops, they must become the lowliest servant to the congregation.

Jesus didn't refuse to be caled teacher or good or any other title.
He answered when people called Him Rabi (teacher) or good or Son of God or when Thomas confessed Him his Lord & God.
In Ephesians Jesus calls to the 5 fold ministry. Some Apostles, some Prophets, some Evangelists, some Pastors, & some Teachers.
People aren't worshipping the people in ministry. They are worshipping God with the people in ministry, Even in the Old Testament there was a worship team. Anointed by God special to lead the people in praise.
Now if someone is making a god out of one of the people in ministry, then they are committing idolatry. But, for a Christian, that would be hard to do. Since it is the Love & presence of God a Christian worships.
Obviously Jesus is Good. He would not have raised from the dead if he had sin. Since He was sinless, sin could not keep Him in the grave. (The wages of sin is death.) Jesus is Good all the time. Me? I am good sometimes. Sometimes maybe not sooo good.

That's a good question about the titles, again that's man's doing. Just because people watch preachers or evanagelist on TV dosen't mean they worship them. It is good that some ministers appear on TV some people can not get out to church, and this is the only way they can get the message. One must remember who they put thier faith in though.

Many people misinterpret Matthew 23 because Jesus says “call no man on this earth father, for you have one father in heaven.” But if you read that whole passage, he starts off by rebuking those who love being called rabbi, father, teacher and such because of the position it gives them at banquets and the honor they receive on the streets. That passage is stating that we should not give such titles to those who do not deserve them, not that we cannot call our own father’s father or we cannot honor those who spiritually guide us.
The thing is you have to say if we cannot call a priest father or good, then we also cannot say teacher, doctor or Mr. and Mrs. Because doctor is Latin for teacher and Mr. and Mrs. are shortened forms for Master and Mistress.
I think the best part though is that St. Paul calls himself father in more than one ways throughout Corinthians as does Peter. Paul even says he was placed through Jesus Christ as our father for the gospel.
Read the whole passage and you will see that Jesus was rebuking those who like the title but not the work.

I think reverand or pope or pastor is a respect thing and sets them apart as "leaders" of their "flock". NO ONE I know worships evangelists on TV. Where did you get that idea?

I am a preacher/minister. I ask that people not call me Reverend or Pastor for that very reason. And yes more than once I have had to actually ask someone not to refer to me as "Pastor". I am a "pastor". But I do not what the official title when people talk to me, and say Hey Pastor JC to designate me as someone special or separate. I am simply a minister. People in my church call me by my first name no title before it.

Yes, it is forbidden. We are to call no man Reverend because the is God's title. We are to call no MAN on earth "Father". The Bible does forbid any such things.
Rabbi is not a title, it is a description meaning teacher.

Jesus didn't refuse. He simply asked why. BTW He is called
Rabbi many times and seemed to be quite comfortable with that. In addition he received worship that belongs only to God
several times.
