Yet she still comes around even though she say's we can't be together now. What does she want?

Let her, and find a woman who lives in reality. Seriously, can you imagine what a life with her would have been like?
Edit: It means she wants you to continue to stroke her ego while she waits for Jesus.

I can't tell your entire situation completely, but in my view from what you've said--
essentially, its the religious person's way of saying I'll USE you until another man that is more right comes along (or until my missions to Africa comes along)...or until you convert into my belief...
...any way you look at it, it looks like you are there to be used...

Be her friend; do not date or marry her (for god's sake do not have sex with her; I am sure she does not understand birth control).
Serious devoted Christians should not date outside of their kind; the relationship rarely works out.
