Look in the mirror and ask that question. You are the only person who can change your attitude, so you're the only one who needs the guts or the motivation.

Your sentence structure needs a little help, but your spelling is fine.

And what exactly is your problem? Too much the weenie or too much the know-it-all? Are you a cowering drooling imbecile or a swaggering jerk who says he is gonna kick every ones butt. That is until the first time somebody says something to hurt your feelings and you sue?

Be more specific. Better yet, just join the Marines. They will adjust everything that needs alignment.

No one can change anyone elses' attitude. We can influence each other, but ultimately the only person who can change YOU is YOU.

This is one answer you won't find outside yourself. (Nor anyone else to blame if it all goes to h*ll, I might add. On the other hand, guess who gets the credit if you can make it go well?)
