i went to production department to apply there as machine operator. ive talked to the lady her name sinchu and she is the secretary of the director. she told me to leave my cv and call me once the director has reviewed my cv. until now she hasn't call me. she give me her e-mail and i want to write her letter.
what should i say?
is my grammar correct? please help.

I'd probably write something like this:

I just wanted to follow up on the cv I left with you last week [or whenever - the more specific you can be, the better] for the position of machine operator. Has the director had a chance to review it yet?
