it drives me mad but if im not worryign about something i worry about why im not! mad isnt it? anyone else like that?

I do get worried when I am feeling too good. i.e. not worrying
Maybe we are waiting for the other shoe to drop.
Maybe we think worrying ahead of time will protect us from anything surprising coming up that will shock us into instant new worries. I hope we have a worryful day.:)

a little relaxation might help you. admittedly, i do sometimes worry if I've forgotten something, but it's a nice feelingnot having anything to worry about

yes i do and it drives me mad too as i wrong about every-think and really there is no need for it but i wouldn't be me if i stopped

I never used to worry about having nothing to worry about but now that you mentioned it, I'm worried that not worrying about having nothing to worry about is worrying in itself.
