Why was he SO brutal to Pharoe and HIS people? Why make Moses do all the middle-manning?

because the entire moses story was a fable. It was fabricated by jewish scribes while the Haibru lived in the Egyptian empire based loosely on the story of Akhenaton. The Egyptians kept detailed records and there is absolutely no history of hebrew slavery in their entire history. You'd think something that big would leave a paper trail.

Well first of all we are NOT all Gods children. The bible says if your not saved you are the child of the Devil Jn 8:44. Throughout history, GOD has given every individual a chance to accept HIS eternal plan of salvation. Sadly, many people have rejected it and so will suffer forever.
Thus, accepting JESUS CHRIST as your own personal Savior is the most significant decision you could ever make during your lifetime. Instead of being destined for Hell, you will now spend eternity with THE LORD JESUS CHRIST. No longer living life in vain, now you have a reason to live with eternal results. The emptiness inside has been filled by HIM.
The devil also knows of your new life in JESUS CHRIST. His desire is for you to reject GOD’s salvation is no longer in effect. However, he will now exert every effort to keep you from growing close to GOD and fulfilling GOD’s plan for your life. Rom 5:12 says we are Born sinners not saints. You need to be born again to be adopted into Gods family. So God sent Moses (his child) to warn those on the wrong path.

Your initial statement is incorrect.
We are not "all God's little children"
some are children of the devil.
They got sent back to their "father" early.

I think we have the same problem today but the egyption worshipped many Gods and were using the isrealites as slaves that was why they had to under go the plagues.
