Thus is Loving Kindness enacted, thus is positive Karma generated, thus will positive Karma begin to rebound then generating positive consequence and thus do we begin to act through Mindfulness .. thus do we begin to change the way we think and thus help change the way others think and thus do we begin to help others on the Path..I bow to such Mindfulness and such generous and gentle Wisdom ..
Pay it forward in deed..pay it forward in thought..pay it forward in word..pay it forward indeed..

Note my answer to your other question: YES, I do pay forward.
I try to do that daily, in hopes that it will catch on. My hope is that before we know it EVERYBODY will be doing it. But there are sure a LOT of people on the face of this planet. Getting everybody on the same page isn't going to be an easy task. I've been working on it a long time, and it's sure nice to see that there are others who are, as well. Welcome to the Peace and Love club.

I try to "pay it forward" every day....If I help someone or lend them $ they always say I'll pay you back - my response is always, no don't pay me back, "pay it forward".....
