I'm not sure what you are referring too, but if you were present at my house I could walk up behind you and say boo and you would jump. Just because God is everywhere doesn't mean He isn't surprised. It is His Omnipotence that keeps Him from being surprised.

I don't know what you mean specifically. But I am reminded of a passage in the Old Testament where God was appalled that the people were sacrificing their children by burning to a certain God (Molech or the Baals, I can't remember). He said something to the effect of "That was something that did not command, nor did it ever enter my mind."
In other words, the people had become so bad that even GOD was surprised. I don't think that shows some kind of weakness on God's part - it actually highlights his goodness. As a "Father," he loves his children - but some children can do horrible things, so horrible that their parents are shocked and heartbroken.

The answer is yes, see 1st off God is in all our hearts {when we receive God; we receive the spirit of the Holy 1. The Holy Spirit! So when you hear that God walks this earth today it is true. But yet you can't see Him with your eyes. Seeing isn't Believing, Believing is seeing. So what are we to do? Take up our cross and follow Him. We have a divine nature and that is to be connected to the Holy 1. God is the Holy 1. See Jesus is the 2nd person of the Trinity which when we accept God, He comes into our soul. The Holy Spirit afterward, after we accept God is always with us. I'm a Nazerene

My mother was a Methodist Sunday school teacher, and so I had to read the Bible. Indeed, within reach of my hand at this moment is the Bible she gave me years ago. I've read it plenty, and I don't remember anything about God being surprised.
But then, I have since gone through many beliefs and come out an agnostic leaning toward atheist. Since I've gone through so many, I will probably take that last step eventually and describe myself as an atheist. The only thing holding me back is an acknowledgment that there might theoretically be a sort of over-soul or unity (pantheism, if you will) which qualifies for the word God. Frankly, that hold-out theoretical "maybe" is nothing significant even to me.

He also apologizes in the bible for the flood....can't be perfect if you have to say oops sorry, i lost my head.
If the fault is man and how we described him than we have a real problem. If the bible is not 100% true and god does not speak to us then how are we to detirman which parts are true and which parts are at fault. I am sure plenty of people will try to decide for me but they know as much as I do.
If the discriptions used in the bible a flaud and therfore not inspired by god what are you believing in? Your faith is again faith in man word, not Gods word.

You're getting your terms confused.
Ominpresense describes that God transcends time and space.
You're really trying to ask about His omniscience.
God knows everything knowable. He knows the end results of any choice anyone can make (ie He knows the end from the beginning).

OH COME ON!! Give it up! Don't dig deeper than you have to, just take it for what it says at the time...contradictions are notorious with the Christian faith...as well as all other faiths as well. I don't know how he can be surprised if he is omnipresent, maybe it is because man still has free will, and he does not know what they will choose at times since we are free to choose what we will say and do?

not quite sure what occasions you are referring to.... I can't think of any verse that would apply....
There is a verse - Jeremiah 14 :9 - but that is the prophet speaking or praying to the Lord on behalf of the people...... Many things are prayed or spoken which are not true in the bible.... You must examine context, who is speaking ,who is being spoken to, etc.
god bless
