Not well written at all.I will try for you.
bitterness does not signify hate of you[usted] that lowers in love,it is having just wisdom and care in a way that [your, her, his] heart will not be used and will not be broken in two again. That is rather accurate.

Most of the words are Spanish, but most of it just isn't Spanish.
It seems to me that it's weird translation from a third language into Spanish done with translating software.

I think the text should be:

"la amargura no significa odio o que baja el amor"(bitterness doesn't mean hate or does it decrease love)

"es ser justo y sabio y tener cuidado de modo que su corazón no sea utilizada y no sea rota otra vez" "(it's being just and wise and to be careful so that his(or her) heart won't be misused and broken again)

Bitterness is does not mean disenchantment or does it lower the capacity to love. It is having the right person cared for fully so that his love is not misused and broken in two again.
