35 yrs. But he'll be out in 5 or less I'm afraid. Did you hear the audio tapes. Pretty much an open and shut case!! Bye Bye O J. UN-fortunately it won't hard time he is High Profile and will be sent to a cushy jail in protective custody

I don't know how I'd view the case, if I were on a jury about it. I'd understand his reluctance in calling the cops, he's probably right in that they'd be slow in helping him. I don't agree that he's right, just that I'd understand the reasoning.
I'd understand about his getting some friends together and going over there to claim his rightful property. Especially if he had a police report from years ago when it was stolen.
But the guns I don't get, that was way overboard for what he claims is his reasoning for doing what he did. If they had guns on them, I'd understand, but not drawn guns.
The other way his reasoning falls apart is that he did nothing to try and reclaim his property legally. Not the cops, but a formal demand, a written letter from his attorney, records of a detective he hired to investigate the claim that someone had them.
We all know he's guilty, we all know he's going to jail, but the perplexing question is why did he do this? There is no way he was oblivious to what would happen.

This is my scenario..Jail for now,but somewhere somebody will put up bail..it is widely rumored that he has Lot's of money stashed with quite a bit in offshore accounts!! Money will be funneled back to him to pay the bail money!! All ready a las Vegas attorney has signed on to his defense!! as it looks now,the case seems pretty tight!! But their will be much wrangling, people will come forward, plea bargaining!! Oj is an enigma..He has more lives then a cat!!! I hope that he finally does "time" If he does it will be only be a partial payback for his previous crime!! But it is something

If they set the bail high enough to make it very painful to come up with the 10% he needs to make bail, then convict him AND throw the book at him, giving him the absolute MAXIMUM for being BOTH stupid and in a another violent rage? Double justice on this set of charges.
But he will still get away the the double murder he commited!

If the gun doesn't fit you must acquit. I can only hope OJ gets justice. However if he has a bail hearing and the white Bronco is parked outside the jail door this could provide thrills chills and deja vu.
