I use food processors all the time for heaps of stuff like:
- mixing cakes
- whipped cream (using the whipped cream attachment)
- make guacamole
Just experiment and you will see how much simpler it makes cooking. It also cuts down cooking and preparing time.

You will love it! I use mine at least twice a week. Pesto, hummus, salsa, homemade mayo, dressings, tortilla dough, chopping veggies, shredding cheese to freeze, pureeing tomatoes, pureed soups, gazpacho, anything! If mine broke today, I'd have another one within the same day.
