¿Quién es usted? - respectfully, to one person.
¿Quién eres? - familiar/friendly, to one person
¿Quiénes son ustedes? - to more than one person

There is another form, used only in Spain, to ask more than one person in a familiar /friendly way:

¿Quiénes sois vosotros?

...and no, your eyes are not playing tricks on you; when you write questions in Spanishn, you write and upside down question mark at the beginning as well as one at the end.
