Many cancers can be picked up early by regular Doctor checkups.You can not self diagnose Cancer.Some cancers are found purely by coincidence without the person having any visible symptoms.Best bet is a regular Doctor's checkup annually.

Well, I think a blood test or urine test is a good way to determine cancer in anyone. A urine test was all the dr's needed to diagnose my husband who was 30 at the time. It was a routine physical exam.

I agree with the first responder. But still continue monitoring your own body, and if you feel any lump, or notice any unusual growth that looks or feel suspicious, see your doctor. Your doctor can order tests and or check for markers that indicates cancer.
