Just the God Delusion. And, um, acting in a "calm manner" doesn't mean anything really. Ever seen Pat Robertson? He normally doesn't scream and yell, even when he's blaming us Pagans for the atrocities that happen in America... he's calm and reserved when he does it. That doesn't mean he's not a fundie. Anyone with enough confidence in themselves can be calm when they put down other people... it doesn't mean they aren't any more extreme than those who scream it at others.
I suggest you read some of his other books... the one's that actually deal with his field of science. I don't see any reason to read his books about religion (though I have...which is why I can state this) no more than I see any reason to read a Christians book on Science (such as Creationism).... They're both out of their proper fields trying to make a difference in those fields and it's really not working.

Dawkins has made atheism his religion and like many people who try to convert others to their religion, he gets angry and annoyed with people do not respond accordingly. In fact, the Richard Dawkins Foundation seems very much like a church without members.
His first book, The Selfish Gene was as ignorant and as the God Delusion.
Dawkins has also come to really enjoy the limelight so his rehtoric has increased over the years.
In my opinion, the man has become a bit of joke.

The forerunner to Anger is a mental factor called inappropriate attention. *Inappropriate Attention exaggerates the negative qualties of a person, object, situation, or idea and projects onto it negative qualties that are not really there, thus creating an incorrect story about it.
*Thubten Chodron has an excellent book out called "Working With Anger" - teaching effective techniques on How to Cultivate Patience-which is the alternative to anger; teaches what to do when our buttons are pushed; how to effectively cope with negative criticism; letting go of grudges and resentments; teaches how to cultivate love, kindness and compassion and much more. *Thubten Chodron defines Patience as the ability to remain internally and externally calm and undisturbed in the face of harm and difficulties in life. *Patience is a loving quality we all - as human beings - need to cultivate more of, in our lives.

yeah he is pretty arrogant i saw him getting smacked not literally, by words by a priest for being arrogant to him he was shocked it was funny. then he was kicked out of the church and of the property. i will give him credit for this in the same vid he went to an islamic country and went head to head with a fanatical muslim. i just thought you gotta have some serious balls to do that. although he did very quickly realise who he was dealing with and backed down slightly. i do not blame him there would be no way in the world i would of done what he did

Personally I'm not fond of Dawkins beause of his arrogant attitude. I can see why he's frustrated, if I had to put up with the idiots he has to I'd probably be in a similar state, but that's no reason for him to act so harshly towards the "opposition".

No he is not. It may appear that way but in fact he is not. If he was he would have acted like that on an interview that I seen him on and he acted in a calm rational manner.

How would you feel if you saw the world being indoctrinated? The fundamental Christians imposing their believes on everyone else? (Or are you blind to it?)
He is much more calm about it then I would be if I wrote a book like that.
Besides he's married to Lalla Ward. He can't be all bad. ;)

His other books are about biology - he is a biology professor, after all.
I suspect that if theists hadn't tried to interfere with science, he wouldn't have felt the need to point out the fallacy of religion.
