Turn their young children (10 and under) into clowns, with the peircings, the hair-do's?

I think an establishment should refuse to pierce any child even if the parents want them to! Ridiculous! They shouldn't be parents to begin with!

It is terrible I have 7 yr old and have been put under pressure to get her ears pierced but i have stuck to my guns and refused point blank. Children should be free to run and play and get mucky and just be children.

sure does...cant stand it. let them be an adult, then, they can make these decisions. as a parent, we need to give them the best upbringing we can, and that is sometimes tough in todays society...they want to do what everyone else is doing....

It's about as sickening as people who dress their pets up. Especially the pets that look like them.

well if ur not into it... can't u just tell them what u feel??? tell them politely that ur not comfortable with what they're doing... just bcuz other parents do it to their children mean that they too can do it to you.. so tell them in a polite manner... and i'm sure they'll understand

I call it child abuse. They aren't fit to be parents. Piercings should be a personal choice.

i don't think peircings are right.But if the kids like funky hair-do's why not it's only hair.
