I want to do something to make my ex realize what he is doing to me like, making me jealous, denying that we've been couples and ignoring me. WITHOUT the idea of flirting...
how could i make him feel like a loser and like sorry for what he have done?

You could sabotage his current relationship with his new current girlfriend if he has one. Spread rumors about you two hooking up recently even after he broke it off with you. Everything that a woman says about sex, break-up or anything is almost always believable.
Another thing would be to hire a girl to get with up with him & then break his heart at a good time. Other than that, I can't think of anyelse that would make him feel bad. You could just let it go & move on. Good luck.

what u need to do is find out when he is going out this week threw a friend or something and then get all dresses up by putting on the sexiest dress u have or even go buy a new one that would make him want u. get all done up and and just make ur self look like u are the hottiest thing on the planet. then go out the same night that he goes out and to the same place. one thing is just icnore him and flirt with all the hott guys that are around him that he could see u with and just have a good time and make him feel horible for ever getting rid of u. i mean this is the same thing that he is doing to u. so fight fire with fire and show him that u do not need him anymore and that u can have fun without him and that he means nothing to u anymore. that will drive him mad

The fact that you've even asked this question SHOWS there's still some attraction left in you for him. You might be thinking "NO WAY!" or "pfft what do you know?" or w/e...but the fact that you're jealous is a BIG sign. Love other people and forget about him entirely. It'll do you so much more good in the end. Also, by showing him you don't even care if whether or not he's with this new girl you show him that he didn't mean much to you back then. In this case...not caring about the fact that he's with someone new is your best weapon of choice.

Only a loser looks for ways to make someone else feel like a loser. If the guy doesn't treat you the way you would like to be treated, why don't you just move on?

Your question shows that you still have a lingering love for him and want him to take interest in you. The best thing will be to ignore him totally. Enjoy life as it comes and let him realize that you don't care about him. Even when he is in the company of some other girl,don't let it show that you know each other. Be polite and courteous to both.
Let him know that you are mature and balanced and take the ups and downs of life in your stride.
After all life is not all roses,it has its thorny side as well.:)-

You can't do both at the same time. If you make him feel like a loser, that will just confirm to him that he was wise to remove himself from your hurtful presence. If you really want him to feel sorry, just be as sweet as can be, while being confident within yourself. Be a true friend, be kind, thoughtful and sincere, but be detached and independent, as well.
It is much more likely he will be truly sorry for letting you go when he sees what a truly kind and thoughtful (and confident) person that you are.

Just go on with your life and act like you weren't a couple. If he's denying it, then you should also. Don't give him the satisfaction of seeing that you're agonizing over losing him. Ignore him too. Act like he meant nothing to you then he will feel like a loser.

You can not make anyone sorry for their own actions, it has to come from their heart. If your relationship is at this point, it is time to move on and do some serious soul searching to figure out why you would waste your time on an asshole.

Anything you do will show he still has a hold on you. Nothing you do will make him feel like a loser, you'll only make yourself look like one. Give it up and move on.

you want to get him to realize he messed up?? then completely ignore that the even exists on this planet.You are wasting your time trying anything else, and it ends up you looking like the looser by trying to make him jealous
