There is such a thing as Past Life Regression, people are mentally transported back to a previous existence.
When you die you either go to Heaven or Hell, so if we have already died - where are we?

Hell on earth, it's a living nightmare, although I am thankful for the air that I breathe and try to be a good person with manners, and I MISS MY MUM.

This is exactly why the Bible is so important. The Scriptures say that it is appointed for man to die once then comes the Judgment. And there is definitely a Heaven and a Hell.

we come here to learn and grow as spiritual beings...we keep coming until we have learned everything that we need to.
then i believe we move on...to the summerlands, heaven, or whatever you wish to call the next level of existence.
this is neither heaven or hell. it's more like a proving ground.

Hypnosis is not by any means perfected.I watched a t-v show where they "made" people believe they were abducted by aliens.There is no proof a" recall " is real.I do not believe in past lives, if we have past lives why does the population grow .To be absent from the body is to be present with the lord.
