Tui gave some great information. As for t he person saying the stones "spoke" to him - it is not meant literally. It means he received a sensation from them. If it wouldn't have been for shamanic people of the past, modern medicine would not exist today and more doctors are looking into the old folk remedies for answers. But part of the power of healing is the belief that you can be healed (mind over matter) whether its with a pill prescribed by a doctor or the laying on of hands.

No, but that is not any more credible than someone going around here saying that the Bible is a LIE !!!!
Frankly, a person's belief or dis-belief in something plays a very pivotal role on what CAN & CANNOT be accomplished.
That has been proven time & time again with acts of bravery, etc. where people have thought they couldn't do something - like lift a car to save a loved one, etc. .... but somehow, they lifted it without problem.
Of course the POO-PAW expert skeptics sit back & say.... oh well, the body released these endorphins which did this & that & adrenaline kicked in, and that in turn caused this chemical reaction which did this amazing trick to the muscles..... blah, blah, blah. So you see, there is ALWAYS some critic out there ready to discount something as being possible.... saying that there is always a GOOD LOGICAL REASON for everything.
The wind comes from where ? Where does it "originate" from - it's starting point ??????????????????
A big "oscillating fan" at the equator, or at the poles ??????
Caused from us rotating around the sun ??????
??? ANYONE KNOW ???
Wouldn't we all just suffocate & die without it ???
Instead of being a skeptic or non believer, put your faith in something you know in your gut that is true. That is what is important. If it sounds too fake or too good to be true, it probably is. That doesn't mean to be closed minded though.
There are going to be many false prophets towards the last days here on earth, that WAS foretold in the Bible

Well no one has the power to heal. God gives some people the gift of Healing which means that God uses these people as His tools to work on us.
There are many people who may work with Black Magic or witch craft to heal others but this is done with the powers of the devil or satanic powers.
There is only one God and He is Jesus.
Isaiah 53:5:-"But he was wounded for our transgressions; he was crushed for our iniquities; upon him was the chastisement that brought us peace, and with his stripes we are healed."
Many times we do nnot need to be prayed over by others but by just believing in what the Bible says we can be healed.
YOU WANT PROOF:
HERE IT IS:
I had grade 3 spondylolistesis. The doctor said that I would be paralysed if I didnt have an operation done. But I managed with it for three yrs. The docs prescribed pain killers fr the pain but with prayer the pain left. Then later on wen I prayed with a friend I was healed. Prior to this I could walk only on my toes and had to bend my knees outwward to ease the discomfort of walking. Now I can walk normally. And even the doctors r amazed wen they see my X-rays.
I praise the Lord for healing.
I hope this will tell you that no one who works with gemstones or with spirits can heal you.
Jesus is the only way, the truth and the life. Trust in Him for all ur needs.

Hiya
Jusus and the apostles used healing the sick as proof of them being backed by God.
The Bible said that these things would end , and in a short time after Jesus death they did.
So what about so called faith healers that we hear of today?
Well , we do well to compare their examples and their teachings with what Christ and the first century Christians taught.
Do they teach pagan teachings like the immortality of the soul, trinity or hellfire.?
Or do they in their private lives show that they are really following the way of the world which is run by Satan.?
With close examination you will see that these people do not teach the truth according to what is written in the Bible.
Obviously then if the aren't teaching the truth , they must be teaching lies,, and would God be backing them with miracles if they did that , NOOO.. never.
So if their healing powers or some special gifts ., perhaps speaking in tongues , isn't from God , where is it from and why ?
Well it is from Gods enemy Satan ,,and Satan does this to trick people into following false religion.
If he can get them to believe in false religion he knows that God will not accept their polluted worship.
God , whose name is Jehovah , deserve and expects to be worshiped in a clean way according to the truth found in the Bible.
Anything less is not good enough.
That is why we should abandon all traces of pagan or unscriptual teachings., because it is the only way that we can truly please God.

Just to mention one quick point...regardless whether it is in the bible or not doesn't validate or invalidate it. Healing someone with gemstones makes alot more sense then some of the various "healings" that are included in the bible.
I believe that is it up to the person needing"healing" whether they are healed or not.I honestly think it is totally psychological if you recover from a disease or illness. If you aren't determined to get better you won't.... no matter how many people pray or "lay hands" on you... if you haven't decided for your own body you want to get better, you won't.

Hello, Nicki:
God is your Creator, and He can definitely heal. But there is an Adversary who, although lacking creative powers, can pinch nerves, then withdraw his hellish power and, in the name of God or religion, pronounce a mighty miracle.
So be careful, Nicki, although you see mighty miracles, and there are plenty, they just might be to deceive you, and your eyes will betray your senses.
I fell from some slippery steps and wrenched the metatarsals in my foot. Knowing that circulation is poor in cartilage takes months to heal, even years in us seniors, I was distraught because I had forms up for pouring concrete, yet I couldn't put the slightest pressure on my swollen foot. After prayer, the next a.m. I was not limping, and kicked around cement all day. You couldn't tell I was ever injured except for the visible abrasions yet the night before I couldn't even put pressure on my foot, and limped on my heel.
Likewise, when we baptized an 85 year old man, he emerged from the water stating: "I am healed, my pain is gone." That was a miracle we didn't even pray for--God is good. And this is remarkable for someone who had slowly limped across town to our meetings, but I followed up on him, and 1/2 year later, this old man's pain was completely gone.
"Why do you keep asking me," He said impationtly 1/2 year later while stomping his feet up and down, "I told you God healed me!"
You can read about it at www.revelado.org/talamanca.htm
Shalom, peace in Jesus, Ben Yeshua
P.S.: Joseph Smith once clamed to find treasures with a salamander, then used a couple stones to allegedly translate some plates. I think he falls into the category listed below--just my opinion--he was a polygamist and charlatan.

Please read "Healing: A Doctor in Search of a Miracle", if you can find a copy. To summarize, a surgeon looks at all the different claims being made by faith healers throughout the world. What he found was that the real miracle was that the human body is capable of healing itself. The other people that really can heal you are called "physicians, surgeons, and scientists". Believing you will get better helps, but anybody that claims that they can "hear" inanimate objects is either lying to you or lying to themselves or both. There are incidences of "faith healing" in the Bible, but there are a lot of inaccuracies in the Bible, and archeology proves that - it is not a reliable reference for scientifically accurate information.

The universe works on vibrations or frequencies. Each different mineral has a different vibrational frequency. Our bodies are full of different vibrations too. However, a mineral has a stable cellular structure, which means that you could break off a piece from a large chunk of mineral and it would still exhibit the same properties as the original piece. The frequencies in our own soft bodies are not stable and will vary from organ to organ, and can change through different influences on the physical and subtle bodies.
Crystal healing is a form of vibrational healing. As such it works indirectly on the physical body through the etheric body. The etheric body is an energetic duplicate of the physical body and is receptive to the vibrations of the crystals more directly.
Certain crystals are traditionally associated with different organs, energy centres (chakras) or subtle bodies (emotional, mental, intuitive, creative) as they correspond vibrationally with these organs or centres when in a state of health or balance. By keeping these crystals in close proximity, meditating with them, or using them directly as vibrational elixirs the etheric body can be helped to adjust back to a state of health, thereby helping the corresponding physical body to come into balance.
The power of crystals is undeniable...just look at your quartz watch...
Also as a post script...Jesus was a healer..
He used his hands to heal phisically and his gospel to heal peoples emotional tracks and souls.
Different methods..But don't be too quick to dismiss this person's claims.

This is baseless.
Such claims are put forward by people looking to make a quick buck off the gullible.
Normally when you have a medical problem, it has a cause inside the human body, and there's no way a stone or whatever can affect this, especially not with any super natural power. If it worked, scientists would already be using it.
